A Message to Our Customers About COVID-19

In response to COVID-19 Root & Bone has taken numerous steps to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and vendors.

As you visit our restaurant here’s what you can expect:

Of yourself:

  • You are not required to wear a mask to enter our restaurant, but we do expect you to maintain social distancing and avoid contact where possible

Of our team:

  • Temperature checks of each employee prior to their shift. Employees who have a fever of 100.4 or who feel ill will be sent home
  • Employees must wear their masks at all times
  • Routine and regular sanitizing of surfaces, machines, restrooms, and other high touch point areas
  • Servers will sanitize and reset all tables
  • All menus will be sanitized before they can be re-presented to a guest
  • All polishing must be done while wearing a new pair of latex gloves

Of our restaurant:

  • Social distancing signage
  • Limited number of customers in restaurant to 50% of seating capacity
  • Tables or available booths will be spaced at least 6 feet apart
  • Number of customers at any table will be 6 or less
  • Reservations and/or call ahead to ensure capacity and distancing requirements are not exceeded
  • Limited number of customers in the waiting area to 4 people or less (table notification system will be used when table is ready)
  • Silverware will be put out after every table reset
  • All beverage refills will come in fresh glassware
  • All water glasses will be filled on the table only.
